Before we get into managing relationships in real estate ownership, here’s some general advice that applies to every system.
1. Systematize, systematize, systematize. Make systems for your real estate business and continually refine them.
2. Continue to educate yourself so you can always learn about new software, new systems, and new ways of doing business in your industry.
3. Become involved with other networking groups to share ideas (e.g., local real estate groups, National Association of Residential Property Managers, NARPM)
